Making A Purchase
Purchasing could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, follow the instructions and complete a few details that will enable us to complete your purchase. We accept credit card payments and use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure your card details are kept safe and secure. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the appropriate currency. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Amex (American Express), Switch/Maestro, JCB and SOLO. If you would like to place an order with us without using the online facility, we will be more than happy to receive orders by traditional telephone, fax or by post.
Any special requirements will be charged at the appropriate rate. The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery or collection. Ownership of the goods shall remain with us until full payment is received.
Stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours. We endeavour to hold large enough stocks to cater for every eventuality. However if an item is not in stock we will advise an anticipated delivery date.
The purchase price includes all relevant United Kingdom taxes.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). TOTAL ONLINE SECURITY IS OUR PRIMARY CONSIDERATION.
Your Satisfaction / Returns Policy
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right, please ensure the goods are returned in their original packaging within this period. The cost of such a return will be bourne by the consumer. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for any pierced products, such as Earrings, these are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations.
LJ Designs are committed to providing customers with high quality products and customer service. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy. Please understand that it is our commitment to you, to ensure that products received are of the highest possible standard. If the items you have ordered through our website are damaged please send back the goods to be returned in their original packaging, to the address below. Please detail why the goods are being returned.
Please note that some items will be tagged and will not be refunded if the security tags have been tampered with.
We reserve the right not to issue refunds if, in our opinion the jewellery has been worn. (other than for the purpose of trying on).
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.
